PREGNANT BELLY CASTING
We are delighted to now be able to offer stunning belly bump casts, to create a unique and stunning keepsake of your pregnancy.
We offer two methods of creating casts, which give very different results. So, what is the difference?
Plaster Mod-
Captures the pregnant belly form using warm wet plaster bandages. We can include the breasts and hands too. The outcome is simple yet stunning and the process takes just under an hour to complete.
We also offer an optional one layer smoothing process, to remove some of the uneven texture of the plaster cast. This provides a blank canvas for you to decorate your cast, should you wish to. Please note, not all of our artists offer cast decoration. Please check with your local artist. There will be additional charges for cast decoration.
High Impression
This requires more stages to create your final piece. Like our 3d casts, we use alginate to capture every single detail which results in a much more life like and more intimate final piece. All high impression alginate casts will be completed either in bronze, silver, pewter or gold; this finish is included in your high impression price.
