Q: Where is the cast taken? Ideally at the studio, as this allows our clients to see all of the different options available, or we can visit you at home. Q: Will my children be harmed and how do I keep them still? The moulds are made using a medically approved material and are completely safe. They have been used on our own children! We appreciate babies and toddlers are constantly on the move and the beauty of this material is that it allows for this. Over time, we have found that if babies have a feed before they have their feet and hands cast, it helps them to be relaxed. Q: How long does the process take? The baby is only required to place their hand or foot in the mould for approximately 1 minute. Making the whole process simple, quick and extremely ‘stress free’! Q: What happens if my glass casts are accidentally broken? We are happy to store a mould of your casts for 12 months. This means you have a safeguard for such incidents as fire or damage. Q: Do you offer any discounts? There are several ways in which you can receive a discount. Firstly, if you order more than one copy of the same item and secondly, if you host your own Precious Memories Party, you will receive a minimum of 10% off all the items you buy that day! Q: How quickly can I get my final cast? Depending on what material you choose, your finished piece should be ready in two to eight weeks. Should you require a piece earlier we will try to accommodate you wherever possible.
