I have been creating and teaching hand casting and lifecasting for over 22 years, training hundreds of students who now run their own successful businesses across the UK and worldwide. Precious Memories is not a classroom-style course — it is real, 1:1 training with real models, and the exact methods I use every day in my own award-winning studio.

My business began in 2004 when my children were small and I needed something I could build around family life. The 3D casting course pathway

Choose 1, 2 or 3 days — or book together and save £100. There is no pressure to commit beyond what feels right for your situation and budget. You do not need any prior experience — the vast majority of students arrive as complete beginners.

Day 1 — Newborn Casting Foundations (£650)

Day 1 starts with a newborn — still, delicate, and the perfect model for learning precision and correct materials. By the end, you will have the foundations to start working with real clients, with everything needed to practise confidently at home.

Day 2 — 6-Month Baby, Handclasp & Airbrushing (£650)

Day 2 steps it up significantly. Working with a baby of around 6 months — wriggly, unpredictable, and requiring a completely different technique and set of materials to Day 1 — you build real confidence in handling the unexpected. The handclasp composition and professional airbrushing are also included as part of this day.

Day 3 — Advanced Mastery (£750)

Day 3 covers advanced family compositions, complex multi-step castings, premium finishing and higher-level techniques. It can be done consecutively with Days 1 and 2, or at a later date when you feel ready. Book all three upfront and save £100, paid in two comfortable instalments.

Students travel from around the world

Training takes place in Lytchett Matravers, Dorset — approximately 15 minutes from Poole and 30 minutes from Bournemouth, with free parking. Since Dorset is easy to reach from most UK airports, many international students combine their training with a few days exploring the coast.

My students have travelled from Scotland, Wales, Ireland, Norway, Latvia, Germany, Holland, Spain, Cyprus, India, Tanzania and Los Angeles. For every student travelling from further afield, I provide personal guidance on local accommodation, travel routes and payment via Wise.

Flexible payment: 50% deposit to secure your date, balance due the week before training.
